Program that I followed to train for the Denali :

  Monday  Walk 3 hours with a 30Kg backpack and 2 Kg weight on each foot
  Tuesday

 Biking for 2h30

  Wednesday

 Fitness club : strenght exercises for 1h + endurance exercices for 1h

  Thursday  Rest
  Friday  Walk 3 hours with a 30Kg backpack and 2 Kg weight on each foot
  Saturday

 Fitness club : strenght exercises for 1h + endurance exercices for 1h

  Sunday  Rest
